Intercommunity Counseling Center will be offering weekly grief support group gatherings at the Uptown Senior Center.
Every FRIDAY from 1 pm to 2 pm.
Group facilitator will offer a mix of educational information on the grieving process, along with support for those experiencing grief.
Topics to be addressed:
Stages of Grief
Adjusting to a new loss
Moving on after the loss
Gaining adequate support during the death and dying process
The importance of anniversary dates in grieving
