MEN'S ANGER MANAGMENT

The class is an opportunity for men to learn about why they become angry, to begin to identify the triggeing events that often lead them to act out their anger, and to learn new ways to cope with their feelings in ways that are more productive and appropriate. The class is intended to provide a safe place for men to be able to express their anger openly, yet appropriately and respectfully. A guiding principle for the class is the idea that anger is not inherently a bad thing, but it needs to be expressed in a respecteful and non-destructive manner.
Classes are held on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
They are held at the Intercommunity Counseling Center located at 7702 Washington Ave, First Floor in Whittier.
Fee: $30 per weekly session
